Proud to present my lovely Banana Muffins! My little kick here is the maple syrup, a perfect match for the walnuts!

  • Line a muffin form (12, remember?!) with paper liners

IMAG6413a

  • Fill the muffins liners with a spoonful of the mix
  • Add a whole walnut on the top

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes – once the top walnut is brown you can stick a toothpick and make sure it comes clean
  • Let cool for at least 20 minutes before nom nom nom nom them! (letting the cat watch them cool is not recommended!)
